Soy Nuts Solve the Munchies
and Much More...

How do I love eat thee? Let me count the ways...

The most obvious (and my personal favorite) way to eat soy nuts is right out of the bag whenever you've got the munchies. Our gourmet flavored soy nuts make crunchy easy snacks! Although it's not exactly what you'd call 'creative', it's by far the most popular way to enjoy soynuts!

When and where? Anytime, anywhere!

Whenever you or your family has a case of the crunchy munchies...

  • After school snacks
  • Healthy snacks to take on a plane
  • Party appetizer
  • Meeting room snacks
  • In-the-car snacks
  • Watching TV snack
  • A super easy "bring-something-to-share" food
  • Break time at the office
  • Walking / hiking trail food

What else can you do with gourmet soy nuts?

Below is a list of just some of the other ways folks tell me they love to use our gourmet soy nuts. Because soynuts are so much lighter than peanuts, they are much more versatile in how you can use them.

For you more creative types that like adventure, go ahead and have some fun - see what other ways you can come up with. Forget what your Mom always said... it really is OK to "play with your food!"

  1. Add crunchy flavor to your salads. Use instead of croutons.
  2. Use as a topping - float 'em on a steaming bowl of soup.
  3. Put in a stir-fry at the last minute for a crunchy flavor boost.
  4. Sprinkle inside your favorite sandwich. Especially tuna salad, etc.
  5. They make a super casserole topping.
  6. Add to your favorite pasta dish, a perfect flavor topping.
  7. Make your own trail mix.
  8. Sprinkle on ice cream. Mix into yogurt.
  9. Roll (or use blender) to make crumbs and use for "breading".
  10. If you've got a heavy-duty blender, make your own soy nut butter!

Also be sure to experiment with the many different flavors we offer. Perhaps the honey-mustard flavor in your sandwich, ranch or onion & garlic in the salad or soup, the sweet ones in desserts, etc. Let your imagination run wild!

P.S. If you've got more ways you use soynuts or a recipe you'd like to share, please send it to me and I'll post it here.
